Happy Mother’s Day to my wonderful mum! Here we are through the baby years, primary school, teens and twenties. We have our ups and downs but share a love of beautiful clothes, colour, history, stately homes, The National Trust, black and white films plus tea, cake and chocolate. Here’s to all the mothers out there. I’m lucky to still have mine with me but I’m sending my love to everyone who has lost theirs or for whom today is difficult. X
A magic day with the husband and my youngest son, Jesse @affordableartfairuk in Battersea Park. Tonnes of inspiration, great conversation with gallery owners, photographers and artists. Plus it was a big win for us to get Jesse to be seen out with his ‘lame’ parents. More on stories and see what I came home with x
On this International women’s day I wanted to say a huge thank you to all the important women in my life. The power of female friendships burns fierce and bright - I literally could not thrive without mine. How lucky I am to have found them all. Firstly, I wanted to say a big thank you to all the new followers who have joined recently AND to those that have journeyed with me from the start! This picture was taken half way through the shoot I’m working on for my new fashion platform ( more to come on this SOON!) I’ve spent most of my time working solo on the new business - which has really been 28 years in the making. 28 years immersed in the mad world of fashion. As I prepare for the second half of my shoot this week, I’ve realised what a huge support the lovely @harrietelton has been in helping me organise and execute the shoot. How much it means to have a brilliant team of experts @shootthecompany to lean on and the super talented @njstillwell helping me bring this project to life. With make-up by the super calm and skilled @catcrawford_mua and the use of @jetstudios - not only for the large and airy studio space -but the utterly delicious lunches we were served! Here’s to another set of beautiful videos with my ‘real women’ models and a very happy weekend to you all x
