I have been a womenswear buyer for over 20 years. In that time I have worked with some of the best brands in the world. I bought designer denim and designer womenswear for Selfridge’s department store for 7 years. This involved travelling to all the fashion weeks across the globe and working with over 130 brands.

I have also worked for and with some of the most exciting brands on the UK High street including Topshop and Reiss, bought for luxury retailer Prada, and most recently consulted for designer Margaret Howell. I have also worked with small up and coming brands. In addition to consulting work I also contribute to the fashion press including The Times, The Telegraph, Stella, Red and The Mail.

I felt that it was a natural progression to use all of my accumulated knowledge to help others shop, understand their shape, rediscover their wardrobes and make getting dressed fun. I retrained as a stylist and discovered what a rewarding job it is. I relish the excitement of finding ‘just the thing’ for a client and helping them to look their very best and be who they want to be.

I can cater to any budget large or small. I advise starting with a body map so that you can truly understand your shape and make it work for you, coupled with colour analysis to show you the best colours for your complexion. A wardrobe management session is another must, if you have too many clothes and no sense of what your style is, you will always feel frustrated and lost. I also offer outfit building, either with your own wardrobe or after a personal shopping trip.I know how to navigate all the London department stores, which brands work for which shapes, where to find the best boutiques and how to shop smartly. After a personal shopping session with me you will have a capsule wardrobe that you can then build on, confident in dressing for your shape, wearing your best colours and championing your own signature look.
